1. Agreement

By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. Products & Pricing

Prices are listed in CNY (Chinese Yuan) and include no hidden fees. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders are subject to availability; if a product is unavailable, we will notify you through your agent platform and a refund will be issued.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed through your chosen agent platform (e.g. Kakobuy). Payment is processed securely by the agent platform in your own currency. We do not store any card details.

4. Shipping

• We ship domestically within China to your agent platform's warehouse within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
• International delivery: 7-15 business days worldwide via your agent platform, depending on destination and customs.
• Your agent platform provides tracking for every order.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs or carriers are outside our control.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated by your agent platform at checkout. Please check your local customs policy before ordering.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are handled through your agent platform's return process. Contact us through the contact page with your order details for assistance.
• Items with clear quality defects can be exchanged or refunded; contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method by your agent platform according to their policies.
• Digital/electronic items with clear defects are covered by a 12-month warranty.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will reship or arrange a refund through your agent platform at no extra cost.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, misrepresentation, or reselling without authorization.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
